Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Silveray Stationery Company, a division of Bidvest PaperPlus (Pty) Ltd (company no. 1971/002971/07), with its registered office at Pencil Park, Croxley Close, Heriotdale Ext 15, Germiston, 2094.
  2. The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over, except employees of Silveray Stationery Company, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or administration of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, entrants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Entry details and mechanics will be shared via Silveray Stationery Company’s official social media channels.
  6. Multiple entries are allowed per person; however, only one prize may be awarded per individual.
  7. The closing date for entry is 30 April 2025. No entries will be accepted after this date.
  8. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, regardless of the reason.
  9. Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties.
  12. The prize is as stated on the competition post. No cash alternative will be offered, and prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
  13. Winners will be selected randomly and announced at the end of April 2025.
  14. Winners will be contacted via the platform used for entry. If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  15. The promoter will advise the winner on prize collection or delivery details.
  16. The promoter’s decision regarding all matters related to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  18. This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by South African law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
  19. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
  20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  21. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, the competition mechanics, or prize details at its discretion without prior notice.
